Part 11 More Gilroy crap.

My phone rang no less than five times a minute for the first day. It started out with calls from the media, then the anti-gun people started, then the entirely insane people joined in. I have nothing but hatred for the media. They put my family in danger for reporting untruths. It was the untruths that spared the insane people. The Anti-gun people were all over the map telling me I had blood on my hands and my family should die, too, just stop selling assault weapons. I did not talk to them, the death threats came fast, and I just hung up; when people figured I was not going to talk to them, they went to the email. I did speak to some of them there. If they were semi calm I would respond but most were not looking for a debate but rather a hanging. I was not scared at any point, I was ready to go to war with anyone who stepped on my property. I WAS VERY CONCERNED FOR MY FAMILY'S SAFETY.

I'm going to bounce around here. Some random thoughts to come back to later and expand on it.

I would get up and walk outside in the morning when going to work, I could smell smoke but did not see anyone. I would later see a person staring at me at the gas station. One such person decided to get a little bold. I could tell he was not from around here, he was a stereotypical antifa-looking guy. I knew he was not getting gas when he pulled up behind me. He missed the fuel pump by 10 feet. Keeping an eye on him, I could see him trying to get the courage to come up to me. he was pacing back and forth next to the driver's door of his car. I decided I was not going to put up with it much longer. I looked at him with a full Make my day face and my hand holding my rear belt loop. he had no idea what I was holding. I was not armed but I was ready to go full throttle on this dude who was about 25, and maybe 150 pounds. He decided to get back into his car and drive away. I noted the car and the plate, I was ready to take this matter to the next level if I saw him again. I did not. I just don't see how people can hold a person accountable for another person's crime. Then again the news media was telling people in CA I sold a gun illegally to a CA resident. Fake news and I really wish I would have gone after the news as they put my life in danger without knowing the basic facts.

I would receive calls from kind people who would ask nicely, please stop selling mass-killing guns. They would ask me to find a new job. At first, I would talk to them about what they were asking. I'd offer the facts but they would not believe them or they did not care. I asked them how do you fix a problem without taking people's rights away. Well, it always ended with you can have a deer rifle. like they are not deadly.

One woman would call me nonstop. Nothing I could say would shut her up; her threats were very serious. She sounded so insane I believed she was going to come to kill my family. I did a trace on the phone and found out who she was. I called the Sheriff in her town, and they went out to talk to her. It did nothing but make her more angry and willing to kill. At one point, I thought I would have to go to her and remove the threat myself but I would be in jail. I posted the person's name and her location, along with what she was saying. I said don't hurt her but if you can help change her mind, please do. One person said they would take care of it. That was the last time she was ever an issue. Some may ask, why not block her number? I was not willing to shut her off as I felt if I did, she would take the next step. I asked the person what they did to stop her. I know they did not go to her. They lived here, and I have seen them. They told me some good places ads in the proper car collectors forums shut her down. I was confused, what? They said They placed an ad on a barn find 69 Roadrunner. Sat for 20 years, need it gone, asking 5000.00 and said no calls, you must come to see me in person with cash in hand. It had to be awesome. People showing up. There were a few ads placed to keep the pressure up. It worked, and she was gone.

The Sheriff's department was great. They sent patrols out often, including our sheriff, who drove by often. I am grateful for our Local officers who cared.

Our neighbors were up in arms too. They were ready for anything. I was very concerned for their peace with all this crap.

The Navy said they sent out some NCIS agents to check in on us at times. I did not notice them, but we kept away from the windows and used our massive camera system to keep a lookout.

The militia also came out to help. I wanted their help because they were willing to guard the home. I was very concerned the media would pick that up or someone would shoot someone and make things worse. I turned down the help, Some came anyway, and thank you.

When it comes to the Navy, and more so with my command top leadership, The only thing they care about is the Image of the Navy. I was asked, did you sell the person the gun on the base? Was it on Navy time? My commander did apologize before asking the question, and I know he was not the one wanting to know but FU Navy. This has happened to me Three times in the Navy. Something bad happens, I am the victim of something that I had nothing to do with or started, but I am connected to it. I have all the mental scars and crap; all they do is ask questions relating to the image of the Navy.

If it pisses you off because I said I am a victim of this shooting? FU. You are a POS. I did nothing to anyone but the left is ok with doing the same back to me and my family. They call it justice if I or my family are killed.

I asked a friend to help with a go fund me page, We were a super small business, and we did not have any insurance. People think there is big money in this business and I'm sure for some there is. this business up until this point was purely a hobby business. We made very little. I was at one point making 3%, I was able to fill the gas tank up and buy a gun for myself once in a while. Remember I was in this business to help good people get guns at a crazy good price. So when this killing happened we knew we were looking at being homeless without a miracle. Our friend Andrew took on the not-so-fun role of starting the go fund me. It pulled in around $5,200.00 if I recall. One family donated $1,000.00 alone and I wish to thank them too. I wanted to give it all to the victims but a Lawyer was 3 to 5 hundred an hour. That money was spent like that. Poof. We were not sued. That lands directly on one person standing up and speaking up for us. I have not talked to that person since but I want to thank Him and his friends. If you ever need anything I will do my best. I can't talk more about them as I agreed not to. In that process, I learned many things but one has stuck out and forever changed me and my opinion. Gun people are everywhere. Some of the most left-leaning people I know are gun people. So next time you want to bash the left, don't just say the left. Say the Anti-gun people, I know a few right-wing anti-gun people too. People need to stop suing others because they can. only one person was guilty in that shooting and he is dead.

TV news and more business, new growth. Support comes out of the woodwork to help.
